CANCELLATION POLICY: You may see a NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES statement during or after the registration process — please ignore that! We DO offer refunds/changes. Ticket holders must notify us via email at least 2 weeks before the event by 11:59 pm to qualify for a full refund (minus processing fees). Tickets that aren't canceled within the allowed timeframe will be applied to the next conference (not eligible for a refund): info@womensbusinessconference.com.

Note: Businesses that are related to hemp production or prurient in nature aren't permitted (e.g. CBD, D8, D9, boudoir photography, lingerie, and adult products).

2025 PRICING

Early-bird Pricing (until Labor Day at 11:59 pm) 

  • Businesses that employ fewer than 10 people: $200 / $230
  • Businesses that employ more than 10 people: $400 / $430

Regular Pricing (starting after Labor Day) 

  • Businesses that employ fewer than 10 people: $300 / $330
  • Businesses that employ more than 10 people: $500 / $530

EXHIBITOR/VENDOR INFORMATION

  • ALL exhibitors/vendors must sign in at the registration table close to the Gibson Street entrance of the Pablo Center (opposite side of the main entrance) on the day of the event.
  • All exhibitors/vendors must bring their own tablecloth.
  • NEW in 2025: Set-up is on Tuesday from 2 - 7 pm (exceptions may apply for exhibitors outside of Eau Claire). Exhibitors must be set up no later than 8 am on the day of the event. Clean-up time to be announced.
  • Parking: Exhibitors/vendors can unload next to the front or back entrance of the Pablo Center, and then move their car to a 2-hour parking spot or parking ramp. Do not park in the gravel lot next to the Pablo Center. We'll provide FREE parking spots at the North Barstow Parking Ramp (next to the Children's Museum, two levels available). A short walk across the bridge by Phoenix Park will take you to the Pablo Center. First-come, first-serve. The Women's Business Conference won't be held responsible for any parking tickets. If you're unsure if you're parked in a legal spot, please ask the volunteers at the registration table. View parking map (scroll to find info).
  • Table numbers will be distributed based on the order of registrations.
  • A 5-ft table with two chairs will be provided (pink tables on map). Upgrade to a 6-ft perimeter table for a $10 fee (includes an electrical outlet, see purple tables on map).
  • Exhibitors must provide a raffle item ($25 minimum value) and display it on their tables on the day of the event. You'll receive a box to collect the raffle tickets at your table and volunteers will draw the winner(s) in the afternoon.
  • Exhibitors receive two conference admissions for two staff. Registered individuals may attend any of the break-out sessions throughout the day. At least one person must be at the table during breaks.
  • Food: Hot/cold Breakfast Buffet starting at 7:30 am included; Build-Your-Own-Sandwich Lunch Buffet (see registration); Afternoon snacks included.
