One of your representatives will be invited to highlight your business and welcome the attendees during our morning address in the RCU Theater. Your representative will also have the opportunity to pick winning raffle tickets for give-away prizes during our closing announcements in the RCU Theater at the end of the day. Your name will appear as a sponsor on all conference marketing material, including a mailer to 8,000-10,000 people. You’ll have the opportunity to provide inserts/items in the 400 attendee welcome bags. You will have your pick of exhibitor table placement and two tables. You will receive a total of 20 admissions to the conference (includes staff at exhibitor tables and lunches). If you prefer getting tickets without having exhibitor tables, then you’ll get 24 free tickets or one table with 22 tickets.
